A tool to clear
Havening uses gentle touch to change how a painful memory is held in the brain. There's no need to relive it or even talk about it. It works gently and precisely, and people leave lighter.
Twelve months to feel confident
Five days at Piha gets the tool in your hands. The year that follows gets it into your practice, with 1:1 feedback and a fellow trainee to practise with, until using it feels comfortable.
Supported for life
You also join the Evolution Buddy Network: a new buddy every month, one session given and one received. Free support for your own healing, for as long as you want it.

Before you book
I've never done trauma work before. Can I join?
Yes. Havening is clear, structured and easy to learn. Some trainees come because they've felt it work for themselves and want to share it. Others come from health, coaching or mental health backgrounds.
How is Havening different from talk therapy?
Talk therapy works with thoughts and understanding. Havening works with the nervous system to take the charge out of a painful memory, without needing to relive it or even speak about it.
Do I have to share my own trauma?
No. You choose what feels comfortable to practise with, and you can work content-free. You're supported the whole way through.
What does the 12 months of support look like?
1:1 feedback on your case histories, fortnightly to monthly, and you're paired with other trainees to practise together. To certify you complete up to 30 written case histories and 3 video case histories. You can finish earlier if you're ready.
What happens if fewer than 5 people sign up?
The Piha training won't go ahead this time, and Kamaia will let you know directly. Booking a call doesn't commit you to anything.
